What to Expect During and After Filing

HData supports all annual and quarterly forms for XBRL reporting, including:

  • Form 1
  • Form 1/3-Q
  • Form 2
  • Form 2/3-Q
  • Form 3-Q
  • Form 6
  • Form 6-Q
  • Form 60
  • Form 714

What to Expect When Submitting Forms

After submitting any of the above forms, the FERC transmits a message back to HData. Once the HData detects that response from the FERC system, the file submit status will update to show that the record has been successfully uploaded. A pop-up notification will appear in the top-right corner of your screen to confirm the update to the record status. You can also see this status in the file history view.

It is important to note that FERC approval timelines vary for each record. HData runs a scripted process every 60 minutes to detect any new records published by the FERC. Once detected, that record will be available in the HData FERC Reporting Catalog  within the Library.
